Winery review: 50% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 15% Syrah.  Brambly berry, cherry and raspberry, spices, black pepper... all are present in this authentic French country wide.

My review:  Plum, raspberry jam scent to it.  Very sweet and buttery on the nose.  Good bouquet.  Very smooth taste but rather dry.  Had a cheese component to the taste and was a bit hot on the aftertaste.


I tasted this on its own without food.
